One of the first races made by the gods who settled on the world, the elves were a project of multiple gods. Slighter in frame and taller than the average human, the elves move with grace and silence. When the gods fell some groups of elves some small groups took relics and tomes of deep knowledge into exile in the deepest corners of the world. The rest embraced the new power of the wild that was created. They were the first to wield the power of the wild with shamanistic power and the first to understand the totems and their powers.

In regards to the other races

Elves tend to look at the shorter lives races without distain or anger. They protect the halfling communities without fail for the halfling rangers are the guardians of the great network of forests. They are wary of the gnomes and dwarves for their new technology encroaches on what they still see is the personal gift of magic they received from the gods. Humans tend to be seen as children that must be guided towards making better decisions.

In regards to undead

Harnessing undead or wielding the void at all is the greatest crime. The encroachment of any undead to a place of elven power is a call to war. It is said that it was the elves constant attacks against the bastions of the undead empires are the only reason the undead has not been able to expand against the rest of the world.
