Settled in an unnaturally warm inlet on the Banday sea, the fountains are a legendary spa and resort founded by the share Botana and catering to the rich and powerful. At the height of the Shards it was considered one of the only neutral grounds and then and now it is renowned for its opulence and comfort. A person with enough gold could acquire anything they desired be it food drink or flesh. It is said publically that an attendant at the fountains who excels can likewise live in riches and comfort though those who have sought after success stories often cannot find any attendants that previously served them. It is said that with the destruction of the Caer in the night of fire a massive infusion of gold was provided to the fountains to make them ready and a legendary performer has taken up residence.

The sea is cold and the land is dark, but here you will find warmth and light. A mulled wine and a soft breath will set you right. Come to the fountains and let me sing you to sleep my friend.
