Hound

Hound is a constant creator that finds it hard to finish what he starts because he always aims just two degrees lower than a lifetime’s work. Three unfinished novels later he is still trying to end a story. He has several decades of experience writing for MUDs both as players, DMs and admins and Durance is a chance for him to start a world where he never has to finish a story. Right now he is desperately trying to get the foundations done so Durance can grow as a player focused MUD.

Back when this idea started two others joined to help lay the groundwork and specifically wrote up the totems that would be the framework for how the shamanistic magic was imagined. I can’t thank them enough and while they moved to work on another extremely successful MUD they will always be welcome back.
